Geek Feminism | If you are being harassed by a member of the Geek Feminism community, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact the Geek Feminism Anti-Abuse Team. If the person who is harassing you is on the team, they will recuse themselves from handling your incident. We will respond as promptly as we can. This code of conduct applies to Geek Feminism sponsored spaces, but if you are being harassed by a member of the GF community outside our spaces, we still want to know about it. We will take all good-faith reports of harassment by Geek Feminism community members, especially bloggers, seriously. This includes harassment outside our spaces and harassment that took place at any point in time. |

LGBTQ in Technology Slack | If you are being harassed by a member of LGBTQ in Tech, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact the administrators by typing /admin <your message> in Slack, or contact an admin directly via DM. If the person who is harassing you is on the team, they will recuse themselves from handling your incident. We will respond as promptly as we can. This code of conduct applies to LGBTQ in Tech spaces, but if you are being harassed by a member of LGBTQ in Tech outside our spaces, we still want to know about it. Libre Graphics Meeting | Will appoint dedicated contact persons, preferably from the local organizing team. Their names and contact details will be published on the LGM website before the event. Will follow up on each issue brought to the attention of the contact person(s). This includes communicating with involved parties about further steps. |

Mediawiki | A description of the unacceptable behavior Any additional information that will help us fully understand the problem, such as previous incidents or special circumstances Ask the person who is behaving unacceptably to stop. Make them aware of this Code of Conduct. If you are at an event, report the problem to the event organizers, or a designated contact. In case of threats of harm and other urgent situations, notify the relevant authorities first (if possible) and email the Wikimedia Foundation via emergency@wikimedia.org (more information). Links to public records of the incident, if any People who experience or observe unacceptable behavior are encouraged to follow any of these steps: Report the problem directly to the Code of Conduct Committee via techconduct@wikimedia.org. You can also send a report to the Committee if you reported an incident elsewhere but were not satisfied with the response. Reports are processed confidentially. Reports can be as short as a notification with a link, but more information will help us understand what is happening. Noisebridge | If you would prefer to privately report unacceptable behavior (including violations of our anti-harassment policy), you can email secretary@noisebridge.net . This email address is monitored by a number of upstanding and trustworthy folks. They'll handle your request privately if you prefer, and otherwise work to resolve the problem in a way which keeps you safe and protects the community from unacceptable behavior. You may also contact one of the people who have volunteered as a mediator on the Mediation page. |

Piksel | A member of the event team will be happy to help participants contact security, local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. We expect attendees and participants to follow these rules at all festival venues and events. |
PyLadies | If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please act to intercede or ask for help from any member of the PyLadies community, IRC chat admins, website admins, or organizers/representatives of any physical events put on under the auspices of PyLadies. |
Queer Code | Additionally, community organizers are available to help community members engage with local law enforcement or to otherwise help those experiencing unacceptable behavior feel safe. In the context of in-person events, organizers will also provide escorts as desired by the person experiencing distress. If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, feel someone is being treated disrespectfully, or have any other concerns, point out the problem to any member you feel comfortable talking to as soon as possible. If you don’t know who to talk to, there will be designated volunteers who are ready to step in on your behalf. You can also reach us via email or use the message board on meetup.com. If you feel you have been falsely or unfairly accused of violating this Code of Conduct, you should notify one of the event organizers via email or in person with a concise description of your grievance. Your grievance will be handled in accordance with our existing governing policies. |
Transmediale | If you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation at any festival event, please approach our info counter or our volunteers. You can also send us a direct message to our telegram @transmediale_team. |
Varia | Immediate intervention (help is needed now!) If you are feeling unsafe, you can immediately contact the Varia members who are tasked with making sure the code of conduct is respected. These contact people are members of Varia who will do their best to help, or to find the correct assistance if relevant/necessary.
