Rules

Conduct Rules 🚧(WIP)

• Respect other users and their backgrounds. Examples of some activities that will not be tolerated are:
  • Harassment.
• Hateful speech.
  • Being transphobic, racist, fascist, religious intolerants, etc...
  • Jokes about suicide, self harm.
  • (And potentially more as we come across specific cases, but you see the picture)
• When interacting with users outside of this server, you have to follow the rules of their server.
• For the majority of cases, following our set of rules should be sufficient.
• You have to follow proper procedures when posting NSFW content.
• If you don't understand what NSFW means, here's the wikipedia article about it.
  • You must hide NSFW content using the Mark media as sensitive checkbox
  • You must put explicit (Pornographic, genitals, fluid everywhere, etc) content on the Unlisted privacy level, or more.
  • You may not have NSFW content in your profiles.
• Sexual depictions of children (either drawn or photographed) are not allowed on this server and are considered like pedopornography.
• This same rule applies if it is your body, you have to be at least 18 years old to post sexually implying pictures of yourself, no exceptions.
• Don't share anyone's personal information without their consent, and delete content about a person should they ask.
• For profit companies account aren't allowed. (If you look around a bit there are servers made specifically for this)
• Offering sex services in exchange for money is prohibited on the server. (If you look around a bit there are servers made specifically for this)
• Boosting content is the same as posting content, if you boost something you endorse it and it must follow these rules.

The Way the Server Works

• We federate with the whole fediverse.

That being said, instances that are a common source of content that breaks our rules, or are a source of nuisance might be either:

• • Silenced, where anyone can follow anyone, but posts will be hidden by default.
  • Suspended, which prevents almost all communication with this instance.
• If you're managing a server and believe we have silenced or suspended you unfairly, please reach me on my email.

Administration 🚧(WIP)

• For security purposes, the staff here have access to more information about the instance users.
  • Staff have access to all Followers-only posts.
  • Moderators are able to access to specific Direct posts only if you report them.
  • Administrators are able to access all Direct posts through the database.

(Not something we usually do, but we want to let you know that Direct posts are not a secure communication channel to share, say, your passwords.)
