- fill in the details, for the user you are adding, and a simple password ie. changeme
When notify the users about their new accounts, instruct them to
- provide them with their username and password

- once logged in, reset the password at https://hub.xpub.nl/fabulousloopdeloop/index.php/Special:Preferences
- by clicking Change Password
