Titles

Works

Books, periodicals, journals

Like works, the titles of books, periodicals and journals should be italicised, e.g.:

Articles should appear between two single quotation marks, e.g.:

Headings

Chapter headings (machines)

All caps

Chapter subheadings

Punctuation

Double quotation marks, then single quotation marks e.g.:
