I was working as a developer in France. It's not that I was not treated equally, but I never integrated. I was the only woman in eight people. At some point, they went double and the percentage of men and women was the same.
Because I was an immigrant, younger, woman, and led a very different lifestyle I didn't really fit in this culture...
