Inside Suzi Taylor apos;s Sad Decline From Reality Stardom To Prostitution

She rose to fame as a bubbly contestant on The Block in 2015, but it's clear Suzi Taylor's TV glory days are well and truly over.
A far cry from her glamorous tenure on the small screen, the 49-year-old is currently at the centre of a sex extortion scandal which could land her in prison.
Suzi - who is facing extortion, deprivation of liberty, and assault charges over an alleged 'honey trap' incident last year - began her sad fall from grace some time ago.
Here is Suzi's sad decline from a glittering reality star to a jailbird prostitute.

Self-described 'party girl' Suzi, whose real name is Suellen Jan Taylor, was embroiled in a nude photo scandal not long after she shot to fame on the popular renovation show.

Topless photos emerged of the former Penthouse pet dating websites looking worse for wear as she danced on a boat off Melbourne's Docklands wearing nothing but G-string bikini bottoms.
The photos were taken just four days before the former glamour model was found collapsed and unconscious at the site of The Block after suffering from 'exhaustion'.

Suzi made headlines again in January 2016 after sharing details of her 'secret relationship' with Today show entertainment reporter Richard 'Dickie' Wilkins. 
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, Suzi, who once dated late INXS frontman Michael Hutchence, said she and Dickie met at the Channel Nine Telethon in October 2015 and hit it off right away.  
'He gave me access to his house and I would be there in my underwear waiting for him when he got home from work,' she claimed.

But after months of sneaking around, Suzi said she was left heartbroken when Dickie suddenly ended their romance.
'He called me on the phone and said it had to stop,' she explained, before adding: 'That really hurt me.'
May 2019: Pleads guilty to fraud and theft
Suzi had a brush with the law in May 2019, when she pleaded guilty to fraud and theft charges, after she was caught using a stolen credit card to buy alcohol.
The mother of three was filmed buying booze at a bottle shop on May 2 using a credit card she'd stolen from a patient recovering at Mater Hospital.

She spent more than $500 on seven separate transactions, including $400 on alcohol.
A week later, Suzi was also identified on CCTV by staff at Brisbane's Westin Hotel taking a mobile phone and laptop from a guest at their bar.
Police located the stolen items at her home on May 10, and she was given a notice to appear in court where she was issued a $2,500 fine.
October 2019: Accused of sex extortion
Suzi found herself back in court in October 2019 after she was accused of 'honey trapping' a Tinder date, whom she allegedly held against his will before he was assaulted and forced to transfer money.

Suzi allegedly met David Butler, 33, on the dating app before inviting him to her home in New Farm, Brisbane.   
It is alleged Suzi and her co-accused, Ali Ebrahimi, demanded money, bashed and tied up Mr Butler, who arrived carrying champagne but denies he wanted sex. 
Police allege the assault was motivated by needing to pay off 'rebels and bikies' chasing her for money.  
During her committal hearing on Wednesday 29 July, Suzi's own lawyer, Michael Gatenby, referred to her as a prostitute.  
'You knew the value of her services?' Gatenby asked Butler.

'No, I did not... I wasn't aware I was hooking up for sex,' Butler replied.
'You travelled there in a drunken state with a bottle of champagne to hold hands and talk?' Gatenby queried.
'To drink wine and have a laugh,' Butler responded.
'With a woman you knew to be a prostitute?' Gatenby asked, to which Butler responded: 'Yes.'
She left jail on bail the following month, but landed back behind bars in January after she breached her bail conditions.

She was back in jail again in June 2020 for yet another breach of her bail conditions.
She was sent behind bars after telling prosecutors she was 'too sick' to attend court, despite advertising her escort services online.
During the hearing, Suzi's lawyer said the reality star was suffering from 'fragile mental health' and had overdosed on drugs the previous weekend.
Suzi broke down in court after being told she would be staying behind bars on remand.
