Systers List

In 1987, American computer scientist Anita Borg founded a women-only mailing list to support women in computer science and related fields, in response to issues patriarchal domination in physical and virtual spaces. The name of this mailing list, Systers, derives from the combination of the words systems and sisters.
The Systers list runs on GNU Mailman.
